At NWM, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain attached to the equipment or apparel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
